Best For Fish
The unique design of Adande Drawers ensures that fresh fish is kept in perfect conditions. 
With exceptional temperature stability fish stays fresh for longer than in conventional refrigeration.
No Ice Required
Adande's unique low velocity cooling enables fish and seafood to be stored without ice to prevent the dehydration that occurs in conventional units.
Evaporator coils
Typically evaporator coils are made from aluminium fins with copper tubes expanded into them to carry the cooling refrigerant.
Corrosion of the copper pipes is caused by emissions from certain foods, including fish, raw onions and vinegar, which leads to an eventual loss of refrigerant.
The coils in Adande Drawers are protected using a protective powder coating process, making them reistant to these effects.
Any Adande Drawer can therefore be used as a fish fridge, it can of course also be used as a freezer and fitted with blast chill functionality.
