Adande Chef Bases

The Award winning Adande technology has been combined with a 200 kg load-bearing heat shield to create a refrigerated platform for all types of equipment including chargrills, griddles, fryers and even combination ovens.

Stored at the point of use, up to 40 kg of meat or fish can be held ready for cooking without spoiling, without gaining in temperature or dehydrating, right in the hottest part of the kitchen.

Also known as ‘equipment stands’ or ‘lowboys’ and with the heat shield worktop able to withstand temperatures as high as 200°C, the Adande Chef Base provides market leading performance.
