Adande's Product Range

Adande's robust Catering Refrigeration and Restaurant Refrigeration products are all built around the same award winning technology - the patent protected insulated Adande drawer.

Drawers can be specified as chef bases, otherwise known as equipment stands or lowboys, rolled under worksurfaces as undercounter units or fitted with solid worktops for use as counter refrigeration units. Adande Drawers can also be suited within cookline ranges, as cassette or cartridge unit.

Counter units can be supplied with extended worktops and gantry systems above the counter for holding equipment, such as microwaves, or for storage.

With two unit footprints, the side engine being 1100mm wide by 700mm deep and rear engine units being almost square, at 878mm wide by 885mm deep, there is an Adande to fit any space. To suit kitchen island positions there is the space saving Adande Matchbox or ‘pass through’ giving chefs the flexibility to access product from either or both sides of the unit.

Adande Drawers can be installed singly or stacked two or three high, using a single 13 amp plug, to provide the best performing and most energy efficient catering refrigeration or commercial refrigeration on the market today.

Due to Adande Drawers' greatly superior temperature stability, units can be installed at the heart of the kitchen - in the cookline, right next to or under almost all types of cooking equipment, without any loss of performance.

Built to Last, Inexpensive to Maintain

Runners

Designed to perform in demanding environments, all components are built to last.

The carcass in constructed using food grade stainless steel.

The drawer runners, being external to the insulated drawer bin, are immensely strong, having been tested to half a million movements - caterers installing our units know that Adande Drawers will not fail, even in the hottest and busiest of kitchens.

Seals

Seals are protected and guaranteed for 2 years - a refrigeration industry first.

The condenser air intake grill is located inside the cabinet, and owing to Adande’s ingenious airflow system, airborne contaminants drop out before reaching the air intake grill.

Breakdowns from blocked condensers are therefore not a problem with Adande Drawer units.

The insulated tub lifts out for easy cleaning.

Versatility and Large Capacity

Each drawer can be used as a fridge or freezer with optional blast chilling functionality. Drawers can hold up to 40kg of fresh or frozen food, stored loose or held in up to 18 GN (Gastronorm) Pans 1/9 size in Full Plan View.

Gastronorms

Adande Drawers are deceptively spacious thanks to the airflow design which allows chefs to fill the drawer bin without the need to leave any gaps between the products.
