Saladette

Adande’s new Saladette offers a highly versatile chilled ingredient storage solution.

As an option on our Side Engine VCS range of Adande two-drawer units, the Saladette is available in two sizes for garnishing, pizza, sandwiches, tapas, salad, or dessert make-up.

The Adande Saladette can also be fitted with a plating gantry. Worktops can be extended to provide additional preparation or plating-up space. Saladette units can also be fitted over mobile frame single drawer units, for the ultimate in portability.

Ingredient wells are GN size and, using mixed GN containers, can be configured to suit the precise requirements of the menu.

Two standard GN pan configurations are available, but the unit can also be customised to suit the specialist requirements of chain operators.

Saladette S3

Temperature control of the Saladette is held at a precise 4 degC. The top Adande drawer runs in fridge mode only, while the bottom drawer can run as either fridge or freezer, adjustable by the user, from 22°C to +15°C.

With each Adande drawer offering a capacity of 4 x 1/1 100mm GN pans (or 40 kg of food), plus the storage capacity of the Saladette on top, this unit offers an enormous food storage facility, helping to maximise productivity in the kitchen and offering a unique workstation for event catering and functions.
