Charvet 800 and 900 series modular cooking ranges can now be fitted with an integral Adande refrigerated drawer. This base unit is 1275mm long and can be equipped with any of the standard Charvet bridge units.

Versatility in One Unit

Charvet can also fully build-in Adande units into its bespoke ranges, as just delivered to the Jumeirah Carlton Tower’s famous Rib Room.

The Professional 800 Series offers a comprehensive range of gas or electric equipment in compact fully seam-welded chassis of 850 x 800 mm with 2mm thick stainless steel tops. Half modules are available as well.

The Professional series has an 80mm front plating shelf and can be suited together as wall or central island suites and can feature either semi-one piece tops at 2mm thick, or full one-piece tops at 3mm thick if required. Ranges can also be cantilevered.

The Professional 900 Series offers all the features of the Professional 800 with the addition of a larger front plating shelf of 180mm thick in 3mm stainless steel and is 100mm deeper measuring 850mm x 900mm.

Professional 900 can again be configured for wall or central island usage. It can also be placed back to back, with its unique hidden service spine giving a maximum of only 188mm across. The Professional 900 series is ideal for plating and service.
